Seller reviewAfter having an unsuccessful experience with a previous realtor, I researched brokers for the best realtors to sell our waterfront property. My research revealed Jenna Norris. And wow, she did not disappoint. She is knowledgeable, answered all our questions and assisted us to set the right price point. She trucked through snow to capture photos of our property and returned once the weather improved. Each step of the way, Jenna's professionalism, service and communication made the process a great experience and a success. And the icing on the cake; she is so fun and personable. If I ever have the opportunity to use her services again I would be delighted, I can't recommend her highly enough. - - - - - The first offer fell through, same day we had a new offer. Both times, Jenna guided the closing process each step of the way.

Seller reviewJenna developed exceptional marketing. She hustled and even provided some personal "weed wacker" service to improve the path to the house. She provided excellent input regarding the various offers we received. All aspects of the offers, acceptance, contracts, were handled exceptionally. She was very responsive and provided exceptional communication. We have sold two houses as FSBO and we have sold another with another local realtor. We thought Jenna was fantastic. She enabled us to get the maximum price and the right deal. She worked with high integrity and understood our desires to sell our family cabin to the "right family". She provided excellent value and I would highly recommend using Jenna for any Lake purchase or sale. We would certainly use Jenna in the future, if the opportunity presents itself.

We felt she went above and beyond in her extensive research during the discovery and closing process and she patiently answered all of our questions no matter how redundant they may have been.
