Jean I. Sehic did very very very well. Jean I. Sehic was very communicative, patient and knowledgeable and that is what made Jean Sehic stand out in our eyes. The reason we would recommend Jean I. Sehic to friends and family is because with the times we are living with now (COVID-19) we had to be very careful who came to our house and that they followed instructions on how to enter and leave. Jean I. Sehic made sure that her instructions were followed. Jean I. Sehic always told prospective buyers/Realtors what they needed to do and not do. When selling our house Jean I. Sehic gave us specific instructions, so we followed Jean I. Sehic's instructions without hesitation because we realized that Jean's instructions were important and detrimental in the selling our house. Success followed because we followed Jean I. Sehic not our own.

Not only were we impressed by Jean Sehic's unparalleled service and professionalism, but she was very gracious and personable to us and easy to confide in. . We just can't thank Jean enough. We put her through the ringer researching so many vacant land properties before we decided to purchase a property that is already established. Jean went over and beyond what I would expect any Realtor to do. Jeans never ending source of resources is amazing. She doesn't just answer a question with the knowledge she has, but she will also give you a source to call to get a more detailed explanation. Jean was on top of everything from the very beginning. Always 2 steps ahead. As soon as Jean knew we were interested in this particular property, she suggested we set an appointment to see the house ASAP. After visiting the property and being very interested, Jean suggested we make an offer as soon as possible. Based on the condition and price, Jean knew that there would be multiple offers and she was right. Other offers had come in that same afternoon. Jean had already begun to prepare the paperwork for us before even knowing for sure that we would be submitting an offer. When she did submit the offer, it was a very complete and comprehensive package that left no questions unanswered. Jean also handled the multiple counters as well very thoroughly and to our complete satisfaction. Again I will say that Jeans attention to details is far beyond any experience that we have encountered. When it comes to the inspections, Jean had all the resources and was able to make the appointment right then and there on the spot. She would put us on hold and when she returned to the call the appointment was made. We are just amazed at her Promptness, expertise and knowledge with everything that we dealt with. Jean also put us in contact with an awesome mortgage officer who handled our complex situation and she was in direct communication with him and he also with the selling agent which reduced any possibility of errors in us asking or relaying any incorrect information.This in itself was a great asset and conduit for our offer, acceptance and close of escrow to happen without and roadblocks. Everything seemed to fall right into place. Jean continues to keep in contact with us to make sure that all is well and assures us that she is available if anything comes up or if we have any further questions. This broker had previously sold another property that was co-owned by myself, my wife, and her brother. She was very efficient and involved herself deeply in the planning and setup for the sale, keeping us constantly informed. Though we have friends who are brokers in the area, we went with Jean because of her performance with that previous sale. Jean helped us move furniture to the garage. She got us a handyman to fix that which needed fixing. She got us a gardener. We moved far away from the property, and we relied on Jean to monitor the property. Jean I. Sehic was wonderful. I think we have a new lifelong friend.

We are so thankful that Jean is our realtor. Because of her amazing work ethic and effort, we now own our dream house. It was obvious that Jean cares about her clients as we never felt ignored or like we were an inconvenience. I had a ton of questions as this was my first home purchase and Jean always knew how to explain things to me in a concise manner, which is good because I'm kind of a moron to be honest. Jean Sehic is a dedicated realtor. Her knowledge of the business and area were excellent. She works with you on an individual basis making certain your personal needs are met. I have watched her put her own life on hold and drop everything to attend to a buyer/seller crisis. She is absolutely fabulous!
