Jason was there when we needed him nights, weekends, and throughout the whole process. That was really important to me. Jason read I think it was 72 pages of my contract. Not many realtors would do that. He is exceptional. Jason has even checked in with me after everything has been completed.

Jason Richerson is the bees knees. Just an overall awesome family man and great father and because of those things he related to what we wanted and needed swimmingly! If and when we decide to move to another home in a few years he will be the person that we look to, to do so. He is the most awesome realtor that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have seen other realtors that are in a hurry and push you towards a purchase, but not Jason. He was all about affordability, comfort and location of schools and the school system and the space in the home. He wanted to make sure that we ticked every box and still stayed within our means. He is just awesome sauce and made the experience awesomely exceptional for us. Jason was always on top of things and never let anything get by. He was not only knowledgeable, but his attention to detail when looking at houses was phenomenal. We have been searching for a home for 3 years. If that is not patience and dedication I don't know what is. He has always been there to slowly but surely help us in making the right decision for our family. And we adore him for that commitment.

Jason did an outstanding job for us from the first day that we met him through the closing on our house and even after the closing. We had to be out of town for a while shortly after we closed, and Jason took care of several things for us that really were not part of a real estate agent's job. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Jason took the time to find out what our needs and desires were, and he tried to show us properties that had both features that I was looking for and features that my wife was looking for (not an easy task). The negotiations concerning our purchase were difficult, but Jason handled them with a high degree of professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, he always put our best interests first. I would recommend Jason without reservation to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent in this area.
