Born and raised in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, I pride myself on my vast knowledge of the area. I have been a top producing agent in Coeur d'Alene for over 16 years and have had the opportunity to meet many of the area's top business professionals and develop a proven system for both buyers and sellers. I am a Certified Residential Specialist and stay involved with our industry's leadership as the past president of the CDA MLS board of directors, and as the current treasurer and incoming President Elect for the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors board of directors. Seller reviewI don't think anyone else could have done a better job. Jared had a buyer for both properties almost immediately after signing papers. Every time a problem popped up, Jared tackled it with ease. I was totally satisfied with the way Jared handled the sale of the properties. Both properties I listed with Jared were kind of odd ball situations. Jared took control, worked very hard at resolving the problems and the homes were sold to my satisfaction. I didn't live in the area of the properties that were sold but that was not a problem, everything was completed by phone and email. I was very impressed!

Jared Mcfarland did a wonderful job thoroughly explaining the process and how he and we fit into it. Jared did a great job helping us know what to do at each step, and was patient as we learned our likes and dislikes. Jared was quick to schedule walkthroughs of homes we were interested it, and his local knowledgeable and finesse helped us get the inside scoop on the home we were able to purchase. Jared gave great advice to make our offers stronger and his attention to detail helped us discover more about the houses we looked at.
