Since I live out of state and this was an Estate Sale, Jan became our local trusted agent to rely on in order to get things done. She provided the market research to set the right price on the home and associated land as well as providing local, trusted resources to use when getting repairs done. Jan was always available if questions arose and prompt when returning calls or other communications. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing or selling a home.
