She is a positive person who will always look for the silver lining in a situation and helped assuage our seller anxiety. She is responsive, thorough and works hard to find the right buyer by going above and outside of traditional marketing tools to find web marketing opportunities. She kept us very informed during the listing process and worked extra hard to make photographs and descriptions representative of the property. She kept us informed of showings and worked with a difficult seller's agent to resolve issues and get to solutions. Jamie has a lovely personality, great perseverence, excellent knowledge of real estate situations that we did not have experience with so was able to advise us the right way way (i.e., competitive offer situation), all around great representative of our needs!
