Jamie handled the negotiations and sale in a very professional manner but also was more like a friend and made everything very easy. She was very easy to talk to about any questions and double checked everything and always made sure we knew what was happening. I would definitely recommend Jamie to anybody looking to buy or sell.

Jamie Christensen toured 10+ homes with us outside of what I would consider to be normal working hours, usually at night sometimes past 8pm. She went above and beyond what we would have expected. She did an amazing job really piecing together what we were looking for, taking notes on things that we liked in the homes that we toured and trying to make sure those were items in homes that we would look at in the future. She knew our price range and did not try to push us past that even though in the end we decided to push our price range up ourselves. Once we pushed our price range Jamie immediately pulled more places together for us to view and that's when we found the home we wanted. She was a key factor in us obtaining the home as there were other offers on the board for the house and she helped guide us with making the best decision in making an offer. I would recommend Jamie to anyone after our experience with her, she has a vast knowledge of the Bismarck community, really shows appreciation towards the people she serves and has a great personality. Jamie was very easy to reach out too, she was able to get things done the day of or night of for that fact, and was all around just great in what she did for us. Jamie is friendly face that responds quick to any question or concern that you may have and if you go in feeling that working with a broker may be difficult, when you're working with Jamie she completely erases that uneasiness as she is very kind and outgoing person! 10/10 would recommend A+++

My wife and I originally met Jamie at an open house very early on in the process. We weren't ready to find a realtor yet and just wanted to look around to see what we wanted in a property. Jamie impressed us from the moment we met her with her knowledge of the area and care for her clients. She was filling in for another realtor that day and had no financial ties to the property, yet was willing to take all kinds of notes for questions we had. She was patient with us as we were trying to figure out what we were wanting in a house and stressed the importance of presenting our offer in person when we found the house we now call our home. The property we put an offer on ended up having a second offer that day and we know that the property wouldn't be ours if she didn't insist on presenting the offer in person. We would recommend her to anyone that is looking, as it was a truly enjoyable experience. She will be our realtor for all future business.
