After meeting with James Eno I knew I would choose him since he communicated well and immediately made us feel at ease. I was impressed that he had done some research on the property and area sales before we even hired him. He was approachable and behaved in a professional manner. He handled every contingency that arose and found solutions. When the first buyer changed their mind he negotiated with another and we were able to accept an offer that actually exceeded our asking price. For these reasons I would recommend him to others. Overall it was a pleasure doing business with Jim and we are having him handle our new home purchase as well.
