Seller reviewI decided to place my house on the market in March, thinking it would be summer before I would get a bite. Well, make a long story short.. I was so impressed when Mrs. York called and had an appointment that Saturday @ 2:00. Mrs. York called me that afternoon and stated they made an offer, but not at the selling price. She stated and recommended that we negotiate and with her recommendations. By that night we agreed to the sale and closed within a couple of weeks! I was impressed with her knowledge and how to work the market, she has a talent!! I very please and she made it so easy for me.
