Seller reviewI found Jackie after googling for a realtor with rural property experience. This was five years ago, I found Jackie and cold called her. She was very polite, knowledgeable and ready to go to work for us. We were selling a 40 acre plot of land. Jackie found us a cash buyer and made the process painless and fast. Three years ago, we started talking about selling our ranch. Jackie was the only realtor we would consider. She came out a couple of times before we put the place on the market and made suggestion on how best to advertise and market our unique home on 52 acres. Jackie brought in a video crew and a photographer, the photos were amazing and when posted brought several requests to see the place. The place did not sell that first year, we removed it from the market and since we were not in any hurry, decided to spruce the place up a bit. The photos remained on the internet and folks were able to see the potential. When we put the place back on the market, it sold to the first couple who looked. We had an offer within 24 hours.
