I was working with some one who didn't have my best interest at heart. So I ended my contract with her and I sought out other realtors. I did a google search and found Jacinda and I also saw her posting on facebook, so I decided to give her a call. She got the things going right away. After that I look through some business cards someone gave me and Lord behold one of those business cards was no other than Jacinda Wright Century 21 Broadhurst. Then I knew for sure I made the right choice. This sale was a very long, long, long, long process but through it all Jacinda was with me every step of the way. If one deal fell through she would have me back under contract the very next day. Her Tenacity about getting the property sold was what I loved the most. This property was for sale since 2018 and I don't know any realtor that would've keep working like that to get it sold but she got it done!! She was very kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale. I could not have picked a better Realtor than her. "Jacinda Wright is the Wright woman for the Job"!! Her performance was my saving grace!!! It was crunch time , the last hour, my final attempt to sell the property. I received a notice that I had 30 to 60 days before the title was turned back over to the lender. She made sure every I was dotted and every T was crossed in order to push forward with this sale before the foreclosure happened. Just in the nick of time everything was good to go and approved by the bank. She called me and said Whoo, Whoo, We Did It!!!! IAfter signing the paperwork and being told that the buyer has already signed his I felt like the weight of the house was lifted off my shoulders finally after all these years I can began to repair my credit and move on. Jacinda is very knowledgeable and helpful. We moved from out of state and she would do FaceTime or video walk throughs for us. She also measured rooms for us! She pays attention to detail and helped during the walk through to find any errors in the house to show the builder. Also gave us cute house warming gift. Thank you Jacinda!
