She had a wonderful personality that really made us all fall in love. Iveta went above and beyond, she went out of her way to make sure things were what we needed as a family of 3 adults. Iveta knew her stuff, we were so glad we meet her at an open house. She won us over immedialty with her precise attention to our needs. We knew from then on she was the one for us. Her honesty and her expertise from the beginning helped us select Iveta as our Realtor. Iveta was knowledgeable just all the way around. If we had any questions she was able to answer them for us, and if it was something she didn't know she would go out of her way to find them for us. She just genuinely cared. We <3 her for it! Iveta was just perfect to work with. My husband and I can be very picky and slightly demanding. Iveta was very patient with us and always helpful. I don't know what we would've done without her. Everyone we worked with was fantastic! Everyone involved was just amazing. I was a little overwhelmed at first, since it was my first home purchase. However, everyone involved helped ease the process. I, as well as my husband, have crazy work schedules and being able to contact them at anytime and get a response immediately just showed us how much they all really cared. I wouldn't use any other Realtor in the future but Iveta.

Buyer reviewWe went to an open house advertised on realtor.com and met Iveta Lynam and immediately liked her. We had met with a realtor recommended by a friend. She showed us one house, immediately started talking about politics, and never followed up with us after the first day. We met Iveta at an open house in Abe's Landing, explained our plan, and she told us she would love to be our agent. By the time we got back to Midland she had texted us with additional listings and had set us up in the "portal" and never dropped the ball in the ensuing 4 months. She spent 3 long Saturdays with us and never seemed to be bothered by working weekends. She went above and beyond our expectations!
