Buyer reviewChris and IQ were a great pleasure to deal with. Both are extremely friendly and professional, but more importantly receptive to you needs and concerns. At no point did we feel pressured into buying nor were any details withheld regarding the property we purchased. if anything Chris and IQ made us feel welcome to the community before we even considered purchasing and remained open with communication even after settlement. While words cannot describe our utmost satisfaction choosing Chris and IQ as our realtors, we can certainly say that we would recommend them in a heartbeat for anyone looking for kind, professional, and honest realtors.

Seller reviewI was previously an agent for over 18 years. Mr. Slusher is overly knowledgeable to all aspects of his listings, from listing to settlement. He is very proffessional. The package that he put together with the presentation pictures and all helped with getting showings. It was excellent and then he followed it up with online advertising and Realtor.com. There was no way that anyone could not have found my listing if they were looking in that area, at that price range. Chris was really efficient with all details of handling her clients. Together they brought buyers and sellers to the table with no hassles, stress or problems. It was really refreshing to see that happen for a change.lol I have already referred a friend of mine to him. I've also referred family to him before.

Their suggestions were excellent and a key factor in selling my property. I had a great experience with the pair of realtors. I would recommend them to all and of my friends and professional business associates. They did one heck of a job and I will always keep them in mind when selling another property in the future. GREAT TEAM effort, we all worked extremely well together. Great person, great realtor, very knowledgeable and no matter what I found them to be marching to the tune of my band and always moving forward. Them sold this property for me when snow and cold was upon us like we have not seen in a few years. They just keep pressing on and did a wonderful job for me. Very clean (which is most important to me) very nice and easy to work with. Always felt welcomed when in the office and almost felt like I was at home. Great team..... Could not have been and more pleased and would never go to any other broker. Absolutely GREAT.....
