Ines had exceptional communication with us. She was ALWAYS available to answer questions, explain details in a listing and provide information about the market. We were discouraged about finding a house in the very tough market in California. Ines was encouraging and determined to find us the right house, in a neighborhood we could feel at home in. I will recommend Ines to all of my friends and family.

Ines's attention to detail was outstanding and i always felt comfortable with her handling of documents and speaking on our behalf to the sellers. Ines was on top of our inspection and even called a vendor out who had not repaired what was being reported, they came out while we were still at the inspection and they repaired the part on the home that was needed.

She first helped with the purchase of my new home in Carlsbad, navigating a bidding war and helping us to secure a house that had fallen out of escrow several times. After we purchased that home, she helped put my Temecula home on the market. We got a full price offer in under a week and I know a lot of that was due to Ines! She was committed to selling it quick and did 2 open houses in a short amount of time to make sure that we got as many people through the door. She stayed on top of all the people involved in the transactions and I knew nothing was going to be missed.
