Buyer reviewShe was recommended by my sister who had purchased a condo in LW within the year and had such a good experience wirh Holly that there was no question of finding someone else Things were handeled so professioally that she was able to meet our request to close escrow in less than 30 days The seller chose the escrow agent, but when there was a need to resolve anything, Holly provided the guidance to meet my needs with that escrow company. If I had a question or needed help, Holly was immediately resposive and there was nothing she did not resolve almost immediately Given my sister's past experience in dealing with another agen than Holly, and the problems that can arise with the HOA, Holly made any of those issues almost invisible and knew how to get the HOA what they needed asap to expedite the quick close.
