Buyer reviewHolly made an intimidating and confusing process both accessible and understandable. Her motherly instinct was a welcomed by a young, first-time home buying couple with no family in the area. For the whole process, Holly was our go-to. Even if she didn't have the answer, she found the answer or the way for me to get the answer in a more than timely manner. Everything about our home buying process was perfect, and nothing could have made Holly's service any better.

Seller reviewHolly Donahue is the best agent I've had the pleasure to deal with when not only selling our own, but also working with my son in selling multiple properties both in Pa. & other states. Since the condo is the only property we've sold in Pa. in the last 22 years, I compare Holly to the more highly talked about agents in the area who sold properties for my son. One of those properties was extremely costly & although I won't mention the name of the agent or broker, I will say that Holly is far better at her trade than any of the others. The names of those agents may be highly recognized, but they can't compare to the outstanding knowledge, professionalism, & personal caring shown by Holly. Frontier Realty has a real gem in Holly Donahue & I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

She guided us easily and effortlessly through the home buying process. She went above and beyond. Truly phenomenal customer service. She is not out for money. She truly, truly cares about her buyers. She answered texts and calls on her vacation. She made herself readily available. She is very to the point and will answer questions honestly. ALWAYS reachable- always. She missed her son's first home run hit in a game in order to show us a house (which we still feel guilty about)- Holly delivers on every level. Holly was so knowledgeable about local communities- we were newer to the area but completely trusted her. She was SO attentive to detail. She remembered the little things, from day one. That's special when you're looking for a home. She was very professional and courteous at all times, and she is a FIERCE negotiator. She really goes for what she feels is best for her clients.
