Heidi was very understanding and patient when it came to our apprehension to use an agent/broker. She was willing to help us understand the roles, pros, and cons of having someone walk with us down the path. She was beyond accommodating and really helped make our experience what it was.

We met Heidi Rose at an open house. She was friendly and, since we were first-time home buyers, explained a little bit of the process to us. It was really helpful. So, when we decided we were ready to buy, we called her. Heidi was patient as we searched for the right house and understood what we were looking for. She never seemed annoyed by the fact that we brought our 2 children (4 years and 3 months) along to every showing, even when it made things take a little longer. Additionally, Heidi didn't take us to houses out of our budget unless we specifically asked to see them. Once we made an offer, Heidi was really good about communicating what we needed to do and provided contact information about inspectors and insurance agencies that she would recommend in the area. At closing she provided us with copies of all of our paperwork. We'd received copies throughout the process as well, but it was very helpful to have everything in one place, especially since we were in the midst of packing and our previous copies were in various boxes. Working with Heidi was a great experience, and, while we don't foresee needing an agent any time soon, we would go back to Heidi Rose if the need were to arise.

Heidi Rose not only provided us timely and professional guidance for all of our questions, she sincerely cared about our experience during the home buying process. She was with us every step of the way. All questions (no matter how ridiculous they might have been) were answered quickly with a smile. At no point in the process did I ever feel like I was a nuisance. We were first time home buyers, which can be very stressful. Heidi understood this, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable at all times. Because of Heidi's efforts, we were very informed and knew exactly what we were getting into when buying a home. There were no surprises, and everything was presented to us in a way that was easy to understand and reference for the future. Heidi was an intricate part of making our dream of home ownership a reality. I would recommend Heidi Rose to all of my closest friends and family without hesitation to assist with their future home purchases.
