Buyer reviewGwen was the first broker to contact us regarding the house we eventually purchased. Although the house was listed under an entirely different real estate agency, when we asked for information through the third party website we searched with, Gwen was the broker who reached out to us about touring the home. I'm a first time home buyer, and that made the process daunting. When I told Gwen that I had no previous experience, she sat me down right in the home I was considering and walked me through everything, from what I'd need for loan application to how long the process could take. Throughout the entire purchase process, she took the time to explain what was going on and why, and she was constantly in touch and got back to my questions quickly. I hear horror stories from friends and relatives about how long it can take to close on a property, and when we hit a snag, I was expecting the worst. But Gwen came through for us there too, and we closed right on time! She made it look easy, and now I can focus on the important part - moving into my new home. Gwen is a life-saver! She made buying a home so much easier than I'd expected it to be. Great experience as a first time buyer; I can't recommend her highly enough.
