We were not sure who to go to for our home purchase and our loan agent referred us 3 different brokers. Grace had awesome reviews and every client said she was patient and very knowledgable. We were referred to Grace by a friend when we were searching for our first home purchase. Grace was so patient with us, i think we saw all the houses in the City of Manteca. She didn't just show us houses, but she also gave us information on the builders, area, school etc. During that time we searched for about a year. When we finally found the home we liked we were all so patient because that took another few months. During the 2nd time around of home purchase, we went back to Grace because she was so good to us and we felt "safe" and comfortable with her. Again in took a long time of waiting and looking at the houses on-line, we had gone to see 2 homes that were just ok. Finally on a Saturday morning a house came on the market. That morning we texted Grace, she was quick to show us the home and also provided us with information on the home. We loved the home, and that very same day we put on offer on the home. Grace was quick and also made contract with the seller realtor and kept a very good communication with them as well.

I've lost track, but this is my 5th or 6th transaction with Grace. She is so patient with me. I will call her when I see a property I'm interested in and she always finds time to show it to me. She set up a Property List according to my requirements so I could see the latest listings. I have purchased properties through my IRA which adds additional work and time, but she never hesitates to take on another project with me. As far as I'm concerned, she is the best and I would never look anywhere else for my real estate needs.
