I am a wife and a mother of two great young men. I was born and raised in a "Land Down Under," went to college in Hawaii, and traveled the world in pursuit of experiencing the beauty and richness of cultural diversities. Buyer reviewI wish we could have been introduced with Ginger when we are about to buy our first property. We met her when we started thinking about a second one. Back then, we were trying to rent someone else's property. She helped with that. She also helped us rent our own property when we moved out from there. She helped us sell that property and helped buy a new property!! Hence, she knows A LOT about properties! She was outstanding in all transactions.

Seller reviewI have worked with over twenty realtors over the past three decades. Ginger Sorensen is by far the best I have had the pleasure to work with. She has great attention to details and is very proactive. She was professional without losing that personal touch. She made me feel like I was her most important client with the amount of time she worked with me and her availability to help me (I'm very high maintenance). Ginger was able to keep projects in perspective to get the most out of my time and money. Communication is my biggest pet-peeve. Ginger blew me away by anticipating needs and opportunities to communicate. I always received answers to any questions or concerns within 24 hours and quite often within a few hours. She went above and beyond by continuously updating market research including keeping tabs on other houses in my neighborhood. The portfolio and advertising she did for my home was beyond my expectations. The staging she helped me with for the professional photo shoot made such an impact. There were three other homes in my neighborhood that were my direct competition. My home sold first. She is personable and professional, and I enjoyed dealing with her throughout a process that can be stressful at times. One time when I think having a great agent really helps is whenever things need to be negotiated with the seller. She always had a good sense of where to begin these conversations, and a solid plan to deal with items that could have turned into obstacles. I would hire Ginger Sorensen again, and would recommend her to friends, I always felt that she was working hard to represent my needs during this major purchase!
