Seller reviewFrank Ruvoli was Fantastic!!!! We live 400 miles away. Frank checked on the contractor's work for me and took pictures of the work that was done. Frank checked on the carpet layers' work and again took pictures and sent them to my phone. Frank even hung the closet door that was removed to lay the carpet. We had around 35 to 40 showings and three open houses. Frank Ruvoli is Great!! He negotiated a price that we were happy with. Frank is one in a million. If you're looking for a Great Real Estate agent, call Frank! If you don't, you're a fool.

Buyer reviewThis was a time-sensitive sale of a house to a condo. I explained this clearly from the beginning. The purchase of the Condo was contingent on the sale of the house and all details needed to be coordinated as quick as possible. Frank Ruvoli was very professional and was quick to respond . He went above and beyond to coordinate all the details, even sending reminders after the sale and checking to make sure any repairs were fixed. It was a pleasure working with him.
