Fortune is devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them. Buyer reviewFortune Brayfield was the fourth realtor with whom I worked, and she is the best. She was extremely diligent in finding properties with features that were important to me. She was always professional and courteous, and very supportive. As I told Fortune, she was not the first realtor with whom I worked (the others were from other companies), but she was absolutely the best. Besides previous comments, Fortune was very understanding about my situation. I lived in another state, but had a very ill family member in Illinois who passed away after I had made an offer on the house I bought. I had to stop the negotiations, but afterwards when I contacted Fortune she was able to reestablish negotiations with the sellers. She is not only professional, but kind and compassionate.

During our sale she helped us at every turn provided advice whenever we needed it and communicated things to us in a timely fashion. I know of no finer realtor in southern Illinois and for that matter northern Illinois than Fortune. She just does not sell houses, she sells homes and there's a big difference, anyone can sell a house. But to provide a home for a family, that takes incredible abilities
