Buyer reviewHad a great experience with Fermin, he was always available for us when we wanted to see any houses. He was on time and would always answer our calls -if he wouldn't pick up he would return it within the hour. He was very friendly and would make us laugh. He was professional. He made sure to send us open houses.

I had no idea where I would live and my lease was about to expire. I was in tears when I shared this with Mr. Mike of Century 21 Lullo. He sent me to Fermin and for that I am eternally grateful. I bought my first home with his help shortly after meeting him in 2008 and was excited to work with Fermin again this year as my husband and I purchased our first single family home. Fermin is knowledgeable. He is caring. He is understanding. I cannot imagine working with anyone else. He is more than just my realtor. He is family. He is a man of integrity.
