Buyer reviewA friend who had purchased a house using Farrah Spears highly recommended her. Farrah helped us with making educated offers on 2 houses. When our house was initially listed, she was willing to take us to it with 10 minutes notice. She helped us negotiate 3 extensions to our contract due to mistakes by our lender. She was very encouraging to us. Farrah was willing to take us to our new house multiple times to meet with a painter and let my children choose rooms before closing. She had extensive knowledge of the property & Indian Lakes neighborhood. My husband & I have purchased 3 houses before this one. This was the 1st time we really felt like we really needed a realtor & we're glad it was Farrah Spears.
