Buyer reviewEvelyn walked us through every little step and never ONCE got frustrated with all our questions or concerns when buying a new home. She made us feel like family not just a friend/buyer. There was never a time when we felt stressed or even anxious throughout the entire process, easy does not even describe it. My husband was ill during our move and I dont know what I would have done without Evelyn handling all the details for us. She has been a God send and we appreciate her more than words can say!

Buyer reviewMrs. Thomas' reputation for being an excellent broker proceeded her and I had worked with her twice in the past 10 years when interested in relocating. Mrs. Thomas was very diligent in providing me with property information routinely, following up with me to determine if I wanted to visit any of the property locations or had any questions/concerns regarding the locations or if she could set up times for site visits. When site visits were planned she was always prompt and very knowledgeable about the property and the amenities. Mrs. Thomas always appeared to have done her homework not only on the property but on the neighborhood and the property values in the area. I truly feel that due to Mrs. Thomas' years of experience in the broker business I could rely on her recommendations for many of the services I needed when I decided to place a contract on my home. Over the last eight or so years that I have discussed my real estate needs with Mrs. Thomas and looked at properties her knowledge, skills, and abilities has earned my trust and I will always put my full faith in her recommendations. Mrs. Thomas in my opinion, is a broker to be respected! She is trustworthy and I would gladly recommend her to all of my family and friends! Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!!!
