Throughout the entire process, she kept my brother and me fully and completely informed of all the offers she received. She provided us with meaningful advice but always left the final decisions up to us. She represented our interests with fairness and determination. Even though the property was a little outside her usual area, she provided us with daily updates and timely requests for necessary documentation and compliance requirements.
