Buyer reviewErica Kliman is THE best realtor out there! We were looking for a home with very specific needs. This process took over a year. She went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. Erica is extremely patient, supportive and communicates thoroughly. We looked at house after house and she always kept us positive and reminded us that the RIGHT one is out there. Sure enough, when we least expected it, it happened. We can't imagine how stressful buying and selling would have been without her. Highly recommend!

Buyer reviewI enjoyed working with Erica Kliman as she was patient with us from the start. We weren't sure if we were truly going to sell our current home, but we knew we were interested in finding our next perfect home. We were not willing to buy just any home, it had to have everything we wanted to be worth the move. After looking at several houses for several months, it was getting rather disappointing not finding our "perfect" home and she kept telling us, the right one would come along and sure enough it did. It was great working with Erica on purchasing our perfect home! She was always so quick to respond to all our questions and always had our best interest in mind.

Seller reviewErica Kliman puts 110% forward to advertising, knowledge of the area, handling of contracts, negotiating with Buyer and has a pleasant personality that everyone is drawn to. The end result proves all of the above, we sold our house in 3 days. Erica handled the sale of our property in Dekalb, and also the purchase of our new property in Hampshire. Both went smoothly, she was easy to get in touch with, and always followed through with any questions or concerns, and got back to us very quickly. I would recommend Erica to my family and friends with the sale of their home, or to the purchase of a home. She researches the area, to see what the comps are of homes for sale in the area, so she can suggest to the seller what would be the best price to put their house up to sell, taking in consideration what the seller wants.

When there was a problem she had a solution and walked us through it. Would 1,000% percent use her again and recommend her to family, friends or anyone interested in selling or buying their home.
