He's fantastic at making sure the difficult aspects of the home-buying process aren't felt by his clients; he put in the work to make sure the experience was easy for us. Eric never made me feel like an inconvenience, even when I'd occasionally call or text him at unreasonable hours. Anytime he sent us communication or documents to sign, he explained everything thoroughly and it seemed like his sole focus was making sure we were informed and comfortable. He makes it very clear that he's willing to work for you. I never had second thoughts about hiring him, and I'll absolutely recommend him to everyone I can.
