Seller reviewEnchantee was right by our side through the selling process. She created a beautiful online listing for us and helped us come up with a perfect price point based on all of her knowledge and research. She got us a contract in a month. Her clear and fast communication kept everything moving at a steady pace which helped us to not get anxious. Even when our buyer had some complications, Enchantee held everything together for us and worked very hard to have open communication and kept the ball rolling. We could not have made it through without her!

The surrounding area is very competitive to find a home and Enchantee was quick and responsive. I would say her communication was her greatest strength. I was a first time home buyer and she was patient and explained everything clearly to me as the process went on. She understood and remembered my most important needs and wants in a home. Being single and in my mid-20's, she understood that security, Wi-Fi access, and neighbor visibility to be my personal priorities and she remembered them throughout our time together. Enchantee was always very honest with me and never pushed a deal in order to benefit herself. I was always her priority through the home-buying process and I appreciate that!

Moving from out of state and a three hour time difference required extra attention to our purchase and closing needs, which we received from Enchantee with a very positive attitude. She was attentive and patient; what she did not know, she took the time to find out. The transaction was not perfect, there was a flood in the home just prior to closing, but Enchantee perfectly helped us through the challenges, explaining our options and coordinating an extension. She went above and beyond telling us about the services in the area and even had a thank you gift custom made to coordinate with the color I chose to paint my new front door. How very thoughtful! Most important, Enchantee is a Realtor trustworthy to use again and refer to others in the future.

Her attention to detail and quick responses to all texts and emails from us or the sellers realtor made it possible for us to purchase a property within 2 weeks from the first day we looked at the property to the day we closed with the title company. Something we never imagined we could pull off!! There is no doubt that she will be the first person we contact with our future real estate needs.
