Buyer reviewWe had a difficult buyer with the sale of our home. What should have been a quick sale turned into a nightmare at the fault of the buyers. Ellen Klein was with us every step of the way, to listen, and guide us and even give support. In the end she helped us make the right decision and we found a home we really love! She is not only my realtor she has become my friend, from the short time I knew her working with her at Century 21 we instantly bonded. She is a caring, honest, loyal, fun person and an exceptional real estate agent! I recommend her to everyone I know that is looking to buy/sell a home, and everyone I recommend her to always comes back to me and tells me they love her! In our search for a new home, we had her all over the place, from Sussex County to Morris County and she showed us many homes without a complaint. She also gave honest feedback which we appreciated. Ellen helped with every step of the home buying process, even when it came down to deciding what color to stain our floors, and what refrigerator to purchase. And recommended people to get the jobs done. We don't consider Ellen to be just a real estate agent, we have a friend!

Not only did Ellen sell our house in record time (4 days!!), she also helped us purchase our new home. Ellen is extremely knowledgable. She knows the area and can speak professionally to the climate of the real estate market. She gives excellent advise- as a seller and a buyer. She understands how to appropriately price for a home and what would be an appropriate and realistic offer.
