She listened to our needs/wants and actually heard them, and was incredibly patient with us (and my pickiness) as we searched for the right home! She worked hard through the end, finding us the home we were looking for. She made the closing process as painless as possible. Her communication was excellent, in fact she got responses to us about loan closing before our lender did! I HIGHLY reccomend Ellen Gruhot. Should we ever need a realtor again, there would be no question she'd be our go to! It has been a joy to work with Ellen! We are so excited to be moving into our new home, but will definitely miss seeing her during showings! Seller reviewWe are a military family and Ellen understood how difficult it was for us with handling a home sale while already being in another state, many states away! She did more than what we expected and kept us in the loop the whole time! We didn't have to worry about anything. She also made us feel important and she connected with us.
