I train salespeople for a living and his integrity, inter-personal skills , knowledge, listening ability, calmness, consultative ability is the gold standard.

He never pushed us to do anything, provided his thinking when we asked, pointed out pros and cons of the homes objectively, and helped us sort through completely polar opposites in lifestyle choices that various homes would give us. Patience is his stellar quality. He never rushed us through a home. We spent a long time in some homes and asked many detailed questions. It was our first California purchase and he steered us out of a bidding war and watched us flip-flop on choices without judgement and with great patientce. Even after the first buyer backed out of the purchase after almost 2 weeks, Eliot helped secure another buyer who had been interested previously and we were back in escrow in just a couple days. Eliot was extremely patient and a calming influence for us during the stress of losing our first buyer. He was also a great help in guiding us through the purchase of our new condo and handled every issue that came up efficiently and extremely professionally. Eliot is also very personable and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend Eliot to anyone buying or selling a property.
