Elaine Smith was recommended to me by one of my friends and I decided to give it a try. If I could go back I will do it over again, she is the best! Elaine made the process easy to deal with, she was on top of every detail and let me know of any concern in a timely manner as we were smoothly moving forwad in the process. As a firt time homeowner most of the things were new to me, but she got it covered and referred to me very good professionals for other services related to the purchase that were also great! She likes what she does, is very knowledgeable, energetic, somebody I liked to be around with specially in the stressful situation that buying a home could be, she made sure it was something you could call a home and not just a property and she made it a great experience. I felt like she treat me as family and was always looking for my best interest. I don't usually write reviews (just read them) but this one is one worth writing. I would definitely recommend her! ***** 5 Stars!

Highly recommended by a friend to utilize Elaine Smith. Again Elaine was all over it - every aspect and was timely and reliable. her knowledge was evident and her expertise was spot on! Impressed with Elaine's knowledge, ability to advertise and show the house in the proper manner that attracted early traffic and secured our sale very easily. Elaine is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

We had read several reviews of different brokers and narrowed our choice down to a top three based on ratings. After talking to all three, we felt that Elaine was the most knowledgeable and we felt most comfortable with her. Elaine made herself available during all aspects of our purchase. She made sure we were well informed during all aspects of the sale and so we felt very comfortable with each step. Everyone told us that buying our first house was going to be a stressful process, but mainly do to Elaine's constant availability and willingness to walk us through every detail of buying a home, we had a wonderful experience. And we LOVE our new home.
