Buyer reviewWe are so grateful that Elaine Abouakar was our agent. She went above and beyond in her work to guide us through the entire process of purchasing as first time home buyers. We were moving from another state, so in addition to showing us homes in person, she graciously conducted virtual showings. She never missed an opportunity to give us pertinent information about the property, the market, and the community as we needed a space that would be welcoming for little kids. In addition to being such a great real estate agent, she was also a staunch advocate for our getting our needs met in an intense sellers' market. Elaine Abouakar is an amazing real estate agent, and if I had to do it all over again, I would select her all over again. We can't wait to refer her to our friends, colleagues and neighbors for buying or selling. Home buying can be stressful, especially when you are purchasing from hundreds of miles away. Seller reviewWe listed our home after the market cooled from the summer frenzy. Elaine had a strategy that did not include any of the gimmicky listing quirks employed by other agents to fuel an already fiery market. Our house was listed on the MLS at a price that was reasonable for all. Within the first three days we had an offer that exceeded our expectations. The buyer's financer was rigid in their demands and expectations. Elaine walked us through every obstacle they proposed without a blink. The closing came through exactly as planned, we are happily in our new home and the buyers are reportedly very happy to raise their family in the home that served us well for the same purpose.
