She ensured that all paperwork was completed on time and took the time to explain the entire process to me. She ensured that things like the transfer of the water bill occurred, but the billing stayed in the tenants names. She walked me through how the area i was buying in had some unique aspects and how to manage all the work after i purchased the property. I will be using Eileen again for my next purchase and would highly recommend her for anyone looking in the area.
