Our overall experience was quick and although I had some anxieties in this changing market, Eileen was positive and confident that we would sell and in a timely manner. We were looking to purchase a home for our parents. As first time home buyers, we were unsure. Given the added responsibility of finding my parents a forever home, the frantic housing market of 2021-2022 with offers in the double digits and far exceeding listed price, we felt hopeless. Enter Eileen. She took us to see five (5) properties, both ones that we asked to see and ones that based on our criteria, she selected for us. We liked two (2) of the homes very much. Eileen got our offers accepted on both. Below ask. SHOCKING! I know. While both homes were lovely, one was definitely our parents' dream home. We closed on the house in three (3) weeks. From the initial phone call, Eileen listened to every criteria we had and really understood what it was that we were searching for. I never had to repeat myself. She is organized and meticulous in the way she works. For example, she scheduled the appointments ranging from the home furthest away from where we live ending in one that was the closest. This way, by the time we completed our last appointment, we were practically home! Also, the timing between the appointments was generous and I did not feel rushed to quickly look around and get out. Although it this may sound simple, this bit of planning that Eileen did put us at ease and relaxed us enabling us to focus on actually seeing the homes rather than being worried about tardiness. When it came down to submitting an offer, Eileen delivered amazing results. Over the years she clearly built up a solid reputation among her colleagues who trust her. It was so refreshing to work with someone who is not only professional through and through but also cared about us and our parents. We will be forever grateful to Eileen for finding us the perfect home.
