I am sure this property was the talk of the office. It was one crazy hurdle after another. Dealing with several family members, estate activity, passing of owners, title issues. God bless Edna Pauly for calling with the latest hiccup and then offering a solution. As the sellers it was our goal to get her whatever information and legal signatures required to jump the hurdles. As a family we are so appreciative of Edna's commited diligence to see this sale to close. Selling a home of 26 years, plus Covid proved to be an interesting and learning experience. Then to turn around and find another home in a very active housing market was even more interesting. Edna Pauly knew exactly what I was looking for. We looked at several homes and some we walked out of. We would stand out front and reassess the good and bad and move forward from that walk through learning from it. Edna was always easy to reach 7 days a week. Even if she was out of town for personal business. She was prompt and on time at appointments and always showed up smiling and ready to go. I am happy with the house we found and looking forward to making it a new home for me. I have already shared pictures of improvements I decided to do with Edna. Hoping to keep in touch with Edna and wish her continued success.

Selling our home during these COVID times was very concerning. We had no idea as to what to expect. Edna made the experience very easy. She arranged to have an experienced photographer take great pictures for online viewers. That brought in many realtors with their clients and several offers. Making this what could be a very stressful experience, to a very easy one! Although I hope not to move again, I would, without a doubt reach out to Edna again and would recommend her to friends and family.
