As a lifelong resident of the Fredericksburg area, I am eager to help you sell or purchase your home. I am familiar with our area and feel fortunate to live in such a versatile and dynamic region. With over 34 years in corporate management, I have learned the importance of listening to my clients to determine their true needs. I live in Spotsylvania County with my wife and two teenage sons. As a life member of local volunteer fire and rescue companies, I believe in giving back to our community. Buyer reviewEddie happened to be helping out another member of the branch and his friendly, helpful and positive demeanor is what kept us dealing with him. Having dealt with other realtors in the past, I have never had any one looking after my best interest as much as he did when working with my family. Eddie was only conserved about us, the completeness of the paperwork, he was always saying he likes a clean closing, he made suggestions on every aspect of dealing with the seller's agent. Eddie treated us more like family than clients. I have not worked with anyone more worried about helping the buyer than Eddie. I will be referring anyone I know to him. Very friendly.
