Donna Geba worked tirelessly to find the perfect buyer for our property, our community and its needs.. she showed the property faithfully and often, she secured every detail that was needed to complete the sale.. she is visible, available, experienced and not once made us aware of just how hard she was working for us, despite many obstacles.. Any issue which came in the way of the sale, there were many, she handled quickly and efficiently wiithout engaging us in the many small battles of paperwork, contacts, etc. unless we were needed..Easy and Friendly to work with, she understood all that we wanted, all that we were able to do .. the sale went smoothly only because of her knowledge, work ethics, dedication to us as a client we were not the easiest clients to work with, she over came that with integrity, respect and a caring attitude despite our attitudes or behaviors at the time, simply because of who we are.. albeit at times, older, cranky, impatient clients :) :) .. the entire process would never have been handled as well by another realtor.. such patience, attention to detail, tenacity to get the sale to completion .. wonderful altho we very rarely were in touch with the staff, Donna pretty much took care of us personally, at least on the surface.. i am sure staff worked very hard behind the scenes as well.. it took many to complete this sale i am sure i cannot offer anything more than the highest praise with a recommendation for The Geba team.. from beginning contact to signing of the sale, it went far more efficiently with this Team than it would have with any other, i am convinced of that
