Donna was invaluable when it came to negotiating a purchase price and gave us detailed information on deposits/escrow etc. We really appreciate the inspector she recommended and discussing with us the items in the inspection we should address with the seller. Donna kept us up to date and showed exceptional attention to detail from providing things like gate codes to important documents that needed our attention. Thank you Donna for being so patient with me during those periods of the process which I tended to make more confusing.

Sale was incredibly well handled, everything went smoothly thanks to Donna Fremin. Living out of town could make things difficult but Donna managed everything. Video of walk-through of my condo was done beautifully. I was impressed because this presented the condo very well. The scheduling system used for showings was great and kept me informed which I never experienced before in the sale of a house. Thank you Donna!
