Buyer reviewDonchi's experience helped us get through the fast moving market during COVID. She was able to answer all and any of our questions even beyond the real estate expectations. Donchi was readily available at any time of day for phone calls and tours which was crucial to us with our work schedules. She paid attention to every detail in our tours, was thorough in the contracts, and negotiated with our sellers agent until we were happy with our outcome. The market at this time was overwhelming being FHA buyers, but Donchi never let that get in the way of making us feel at ease during the whole experience. Highly recommend her professionalism and expertise in the business to anyone looking to sell or buy.
