Seller reviewI bought my first house using Century 21 Wine Country in 2010. The home was a foreclosure and it was a difficult transaction; however, the sales staff made it easy for me. When it came time to sell, I didn't hesitate to use Century 21 again. Don Hardister's real estate experience, along with being a long time area resident, made me feel I was in good hands. As a single woman, I also found his construction background particulary helpful. I almost backed out of this sale but he didn't pressure me. Instead, he referred me to a real estate attorney for help. I was in a tough situation, needed guidance, and he went above and beyond to help me. I hope to purchase a new home in the upcoming months and would not hesitate to use Don Hardister as my broker again.

Seller reviewThis was a sale of my father's house after he passed away. Don came highly recommended by members of the church both he and my Dad attended. The strongest compliment was that Don is honest. I had also met him a few times when attending church with my Dad, and at his memorial service. Don is knowledgeable, patient, and able to explain and answer all my questions. He had excellent suggestions to help make the property more "salable". He did all of the leg work to see that those actions were taken, which I really appreciated since I don't live in the area.

He was very patient with me and took the time to consider all aspects and recommendations. He was, I felt, very thorough in his research of the neighborhood in order to get the best price for the home. I would recommend Mr. Don Hardister in a heart beat. He has a personality very suited for what he does a professional real estate agent. Don is uniquely suited for his chosen profession. He is the Best! I love the guy. I'm going to send him a Christmas Card when the season comes around.
