I have journeyed all over the United States, from New Jersey to California, but have been enjoying the South Florida sunshine for the past 6 years. Buyer reviewDiona Kozma had immense patience with me as a first time buyer. We searched for approximately 5 months. As someone who considers herself an introvert, I appreciated that she was NOT pushy and aggressive. She was always available for questions and she made sure to explain everything in lay person's language. Something too many people don't know how to do.

Seller reviewMic went above and beyond for us..showed us lots of properties and seemed to enjoy it. We started looking at properties way before we could buy and she always had time for us. ..and had time for all of our questions..I felt like I learned allot about the whole buying selling process from her. And once it was ll done...she offered to mow our lawn since we didn't have a lawn mower yet and we were too busy with our move! Some realtors act like they don't care..show you a few place and expect you to pick one..Mic knew we needed a special type of home and we kept looking till we found it.

Buyer reviewWe do not live in the area, so Diona had handled a lot of things for us "on the ground", for which I'm very and deeply grateful. She never ever had an attitude of an expert talking to ignorant children, that some other agents in my experience have. When she did not know an exact answer, she would say so, than find an answer and get back to me within a few hours. I could trust all information she had given me.
