With over sixteen years of experience in the real estate industry, Dianne is well versed in almost every facet of the business. She began her career in appraisals where she not only learned how to properly measure homes, and then confirm the measurements, but also developed the ability to discern every advantage and pitfall of a property. After spending two years in appraisals, she entered an eleven year tenure in an attorney's office. It was there that she taught herself the ins and the outs of loans, titles, and closings. Wanting a change, Dianne then moved into the mortgage services industry where she focused on foreclosures. This experience afforded her a much deeper dive into mortgages, deeds, and notes. This level of versatility gives her a unique and unparalleled perspective as an agent. However, it's her sociability, honesty, and commitment that she prides herself most on. Having raised two sons with her husband of 30 years while building her career, Dianne's now eager to help other families find the perfect home where they can accomplish all of the same.

Seller reviewHad used Dianne previously. She is truly an agent that puts the buyers/sellers needs above her own business interests. Diane was very detailed in researching and valuing the property and her expertise and diligence resulted in ratcheting the buyers up in price. We'd used Dianne on the buying side and based on that experience we knew her knowledge and diligence would serve us well with the sale. We could not be more pleased with Dianne's overall approach. As experienced buyers/sellers our view is that marketing is a big factor but with zillow and other home search sites that experience on the business side of the sale is MUCH more important than any flashy advertising campaign. You don't need to be in the paper if you are on zillow anyway! Dianne came thru in the clutch when negotiating with the buyers agent on comps and putting together a contract. For us, that's where you get the bang for your buck.
