I am an Horry County native and a full-time Realtor® with CENTURY 21 Thomas. Growing up on a farm in Green Sea, South Carolina and an alumnus of Coastal Carolina University, I take pride in my strong work ethic and honesty. These qualities have enabled me to build many long-lasting relationships. On a personal note, I am a volunteer at the Grand Strand Miracle League and am active in my church. I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy fishing and hunting. Most of all, I enjoy spending time on our beautiful beach. My goal as a real estate agent is to help both buyers and sellers by making each real estate transaction as smooth and simple for them as possible. While talking with Derek it became obvious he is very familiar with the real estate market in Horry County, and was also informative to parts of the search and purchase process where we have had less experience. Since we were conducting our search from another in the "hot" market conditions, we needed him to be highly communicative and ready to dedicates significant time to us when we physically were able to be in the Myrtle Beach area, and he came through every time! Although the market made the process somewhat frustrating since homes were selling so fast, he kept at it with us, and connected us with the other services and information necessary to close on our home. We highly recommend Derek to be your Realtor!

Never thought that it could be this simple. Derek helped make it that way. He did everything that he could to accommodate us time wise and travel wise.
