Deirdre has extensive knowledge of the Phoenix area and was able to provide good recommendations for neighborhoods and logistical considerations for buying a home in Arizona. Seller reviewWe wanted someone that was familiar with the location of our home, the current market values, and someone that would be honest, and certainly not afraid to offer suggestions to improvements that might make the home more marketable. Dierdre was that and more. She guided ( when ask) us in every aspect always allowing us to make the final decision. I felt throughout the process that she was working for us, not the buyer. I loved the home and she was cognizant of that during the entire process even reminding me at closing the buyers loved it too. May not mean a lot to someone else, but to me it meant the world. Out of ten stars she gets a 12 smooth without hassles very glad we selected century 21.
