I have been in Real Estate since 2001. I am a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Multiple Listing Service. I have completed the latest real estate continuing education courses and specialize in residential real estate sales. My clie nts and customers benefit from my in-depth knowledge of ever-changing real estate trends. I have been a resident of Revere for 19 years and I have first-hand knowledge of each neighborhood and what it has to offer.I have also completedthe appraisal courses and am working on receiving my appraisal license. I feel my clients and customers will benefit from my extra knowledge in pricing properties. I work with a partner, Theresa Todisco and we work very hard to se ll or find you a home. Seller reviewWe initially got two quotes on our property (other RE agent and Deborah). We went with her because s he was referred by a friend of whom she sold her house. We wanted someone we could trust through this huge process. Deb was very understanding of our price we wanted, finding comps, doing showings, an open house, good contact and communication via text, phone calls and emails. She even came one night at 8:30pm and stayed and went over paperwork. She genuinely wanted to sell our home and work with us and others to accomplish our goals. She stuck with us until it sold (about 5 months) but we all persevered. Deb is an awesome agent of whom we'd refer to anyone. Everything went well! If there were any questions, Deb was right on top of them and solved them. We had a Supervisor come over with Deb and go over the comps and she was very helpful. We were first time sellers and knew nothing about the process. Deb helped us understand it and eased any of our anxieties and answered man questions for us. She called on speaker many times and assisted us in any way we needed. Great professional manner and personality. She always had a smile and was eager to achieve all our goals! We would highly recommend her to anyone!

Seller reviewThe buying/selling of a home can be very stressful. We also bought our new home before selling the old one which is not something we recommend. We then called Deb in a panic because we wanted to sell our home ASAP. She had pictures of our home in the MLS the next day and started showing the house immediately. Deborah Colleran is someone we would highly recommend. She was knowledgeable, professional, and always accessible to answer the many questions and concerns we had during the process. We had a terrible experience with the performance of the bank. Multiple extensions due to bank errors pushed the closing passed the holidays and into the new year. Deb tried to keep us calm and on an even keel during a very stressful time for us. While it's never a good idea to buy a property before selling your own, we are very grateful to Debbie for all her hard work, patience and professionalism.
