Buyer reviewI don't plan on buying another home anytime soon, but I wish I could because I grew to love working with Dave. He made this adventure exciting and I always felt taken care of. Dave treated our purchase with such interest that I felt he took the matter as seriously as he would for buying a home for himself. He was the best kind of support to have, any time or day, and battled for us to get progress made. I truly felt at ease with Dave because his talent for his career really showed through.

Buyer reviewWhere to start? I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a realtor - Dave was fantastic. He was patient and understanding of our needs and desires. From the beginning, all the way through the closing process, he was communicative and kept me up to speed. He even continued to help AFTER closing! He took a lot of the stress out of the buying process and made it fun again. My only request for Dave is that he stay in the area so I can work with him again in the future.

Seller reviewWe had been working with Dave on selling some acreage in Leelanau County and mentioned to him that we might eventually relocate to Colorado. We then asked if he might check out our house and give us an idea of it's value. After seeing some photos of the property he thought he knew a couple who might like it and arranged for them to view the house. Long story short they were taken with it and made an offer. Thanks to Dave we were able to sell our house in a very short time. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say concerning Dave Wilsey and his handling of our transaction.
