Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. Dave was the listing agent on a property I was interested to view. He met me at the property that week and also showed me several other places so I could get a feel of what was in price range. What I liked most about Dave was that he is very knowledgable of Philadelphia, but having grown up in south philly he was even more so in tune to those neigh hoods (which is where I was looking). Overall I had a great experience and was very happy to have met Dave and work with him during the home buying process.

I picked Dave after reviewing profiles on Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia. His reviews were strong and his specialty was South Philadelphia. He took the time to educate me about the different neighborhoods. Dave is not pushy at all, he really wants you to find the right property. He was also very flexible and was willing to meet with me to look at properties at my convenience. Dave kept everything running smoothly. No issues or problems at all. His knowledge of real estate regulations and laws ensured that I was never in danger of breaking the contract. I would highly recommend Dave to my friends and family. I plan on using his services any time that I am buying or selling real estate.
