I highly recommend Dave Elam- he was very easy to talk to and always had time to discuss any questions or concerns I had. In fact, just yesterday I referred a friend to him for selling her house! I would definitely have Dave as my realtor again, no question.

We had a tough deal to get done with a short sale and David stayed on top of things and made this deal happen. He stayed involved with the deal and kept tabs on the other party of this sale, including the bank. He made sure they where doing there job and pushed when they weren't. Would recommend him highly.

David is relatively new to real estate but you wouldn't know it! David is the best agent I have had the pleasure of working with in many years.
